POLICY OF FREEWIN
The TEKKA LAB company, whose head office is located in 4 avenue du Prato à MENTON (06500), SARL registered in the Register of Commerce and Companies of NIZZA al n° 518 802 848, is organizing on his web site www.freewin.com a free competition game without obligation of purchase named « FREEWIN »
Everyone registered to the site and participating at the game adheres to the present regulation.
The game will be valid as March, 1, 2010 until January, 31, 2011.
The term may be renewed on expiry for a further period, whose duration will be specified by adding additional clauses of this Regulation
The game is open to all people of age.
In addition to satisfying the requirements for the participation, to participate people have to:
- connect to www.freewin.com internet site and subscribe,
- review and accept the game regulation,
- identify and fill in the registration document (form), mainly with the following fields:
- Name
- Surname
- Sex
- Date of birth
- Phone number (mobile)
- E-mail
- Password
- Country of residence
- after reading the terms resulting from Computer and Freedoms Law n°78-17, January, 6, 1978, validating the involvement in the game by clicking the box (“Check Box”) ;
Having identified, the competitor will receive a notification by e-mail confirming the validity.
The participants enrolled and identified on www.freewin.com internet site may renew their participation to the game simply by using their e-mail and password.
However, having validating or played the second FREEWIN coupon, the competitor have to complete his identification or profile with the following information:
- full address
- Passions, hobbies and interests.
- Region of residence (after selection of the Country)
- Town of residence (after selection of the Region)
Participants have to declare that all information provided to TEKKA LAB society is accurate and truthful, so they may receive all their prized and useful e-mails.
Participation to the game is limited to one game per person and address (same name, same address or same bank account). Failure to comply with this rule results in immediate and without notice termination of all games of the competitor, and the cancellation of any winnings.
Will be considered void any subscription which is incomplete or incorrect or does not meet any of the terms or conditions of participation set out in the present regulation.
The FREEWIN game consists in :
- a daily drawing,
- a monthly drawing, that will be organized always on the 5th day of each month (the first drawing will take place on April, 5th, 2010),
- a final annual lottery, that will be held on January, 5th, 2011.
Drawings, winner identification and prizes assignment will be done as provided in the present Regulation.
After identification of the competitor, and the receipt by this one of the e-mail confirming the validation of his identification, a FREEWIN account will be open, on behalf of the competitor, on the www.freewin.com site, and 50 « WINPOINT » points will be directly credited to the account.
The daily game takes place as follow:
- a coupon for the daily draw is offered to the competitor, this coupon is composed of fifty (50) numbers;
- to play the game, the competitor chooses freely six (6) numbers among the fifty (50) proposed;
- the competitor can fill in up to ten (10) coupons every day.
Each coupon must be validated by clicking on the FREEWIN partners banner, banner that will appear after the coupon will be completed.
www.freewin.com site will automatically extract, every day at 00h00 a.m., the six (6) winning numbers of the day
www.freewin.com site will identify automatically the winners, that will be participants having chosen one or more winning numbers. The winning combination will be published on the www.freewin.com site since the day after the drawing.
Competitors will receive notice of the prize by mail, that will mention the number of « WINPOINT » points vested in the state of their winning (as reported in the following table). The draws are definitive and can not be the subject of any complaint by the competitors.
All the coupons validated within 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds will be considered for the extraction of the day. All the coupons validated after 0 hours, 00 minutes and 00 seconds will be considered for the extraction of the next day. The reference time is always the provider's site www.freewin.com. If, in case of technical problems, the lottery may not be at 0 hours and 00 minutes, the drawing will be moved to the next day (except high-level technical problems that will be announced on the site). According to this hypothesis, in one day will take place two draws.
The assignment of « WINPOINT » points will take place as follow:
The « WINPOINT » points credited to the accounts of competitors and not converted as described in V.4 by 31 January 2011 (end date of the game) will be permanently lost.

- Monthly « WINPOINT » results
Each month will establish a list of one hundred (100) competitors that will have accumulated the most "WINPOINT" points during the month. The first three (3) competitors of the list will win a monthly sum of 150 €, respectively, the first, 100 € the second, and 50 € the third, as described in the table below: The first day of each month, the list will be reset.

- Monthly draw: a monthly drawing will be done, which will have as its prize a sum equal to 500,00 €.
All competitors in the game in possession of a "WINCARD" will participate to the monthly draw.
Competitors can buy "WINCARD ' by converting their “ WINPOINT" points credited to the account of the users: the competitors can perform this conversion by going to the applicable link on the site, with an indication that a "WINCARD' need to convert 50 " WINPOINT ' points (50 points' WINPOINT '= 1' WINCARD).
Each "WINCARD 'consists of a unique number which will be awarded to the candidate who has gained by converting his « WINPOINT » points.
The monthly draw will take place on 5th of each month for WINCARD that were allocated in the previous month.
Is shown below the calendar of drawings (the conversion of "WINPOINT ' points in ' WINCARD ' will automatically mean the participation of a competitor of the next monthly drawing

The prize of 500 € will be allocated to the owner of the « WINCARD » having the winning number.
If the winner does not claim his prize under the conditions specified in Article VI 'APPLICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AWARDS', the € 500 prize will be awarded to the owner of "WINCARD" with the number of reserve.
- Final annual lottery
The annual final lottery will take place on January 5, 2011, with as prize the sum of 3,000 €.
Participate in this annual drawing all competitors who have completed and validated at least one daily coupon during the duration of the game.
Each participant at the drawing will be assigned a FREEWIN ANNUAL LOTTERY COUPON, consisting of a unique number.
The annual game takes place as follows:
-the www.freewin.com site proceeds automatically to the drawing of a first number of the ANNUAL FREEWIN LOTERY among those who have been assigned, this number will be the winning number;
-the www.freewin.com site proceeds automatically to the drawing of a second number of a the ANNUAL FREEWIN LOTERY among those who have been assigned, this number is the number of reserve.
The prize of 3,000 € will be awarded to the owner of FREEWIN ANNUAL COUPON having the winning number.
If the winner does not claim his prize under the conditions specified in Article VI 'APPLICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AWARDS', the 3.000 € prize will be awarded to the owner of "FREEWIN ANNUAL COUPON" with the number of reserve.

- Application for acceptance
Following the identification of the competitors winners of different FREEWIN awards: - the competitors will receive by e-mail a notification of the prize; - This notification via e-mail will remind the winner must reply to accept the prize notification with an e-mail with return receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of notification of award, otherwise it will be regarded as renounces the prize. Competitors winners will also communicate through an e-mail response to their acceptance of the prize within thirty (30) days from the date of notification of award. In case of rejection of the prize in the period, the winner will be considered as resigning his prize, with no possibility of complaint. Regarding monthly draw and annual final drawing, we will proceed as described below, with award to the winner having the number of reserve.
- Arrangements for surrender / Distribution of prizes
All FREEWIN prizes will be paid by check sent by registered letter with return receipt to the address given by the competitor at the registration. Checks will be sent without charge to competitors. A complete list of winners will be published site. Each participant gives his consent from now on in this regard, and without the publication might be eligible for any type of compensation. The TEKKA LAB society is committed to do everything possible to give his prize to the competitor. However, assuming that it does not arrive to the identification of the name, or in case of wrong address provided by the competitor during the enrollment and participation in the game, the company TEKKA LAB can not be held responsible.
Each contestant may invite one or more friends to join the game FREEWIN, simply log in to the applicable link on the site (the link "invite friends"). The invited person will directly receive an e-mail at the address provided by the competitor who made the call, with the proposed entry to the site www.freewin.com in order to participate in the game. For every invited person who registers on the site following the call (confirming the e-mail and complete the profile of identification), the sponsor will be credited to your account immediately 50 FREEWIN WINPOINT points. The sponsor will also receive 10 additional WINDPOINT points every time a sponsored friend invites in turn a friend who actually enroll at www.freewin.com 100 additional "WINPOINT” will be assigned to competitors authorizing the TEKKA LAB company to publish on Facebook social network numbers and winning combinations.
The TEKKA LAB company reserves the right to invalidate the points of a player or to close an account FREEWIN, if the competitor plays incorrectly on the website www.freewin.com, for example, by using scripts or computer programs, entering the site abnormally, taking advantage of bugs in the site, etc..
The connection costs incurred to participate in the game FREEWIN will be refunded after simple request sent to: TEKKA LAB, 4 avenue du Prat - 06500 Menton. The amount of the remboursement is set at a flat rate in the sum of 0,60 € per competitor and per connection.
Users must provide their IBAN number required, a photocopy of an ID card, their identification document, as rivals, and the last bill of the supplier of the connection made out to the competitor and the effect on the billing date and time participation in the game. Any erroneous or incomplete applications will not be taken into account. The postal charges incurred for the game rules or reimbursement of the costs of connection for exercising the right to access and correct personal data will be reimbursed using the fee structure in place for the "letters" (snail mail), following a request made address mentioned in this paragraph.
The personal information collected is necessary to society TEKKA LAB for the management of entries of the competitors for participating in the game, and shipping documents of trade. The information for the company TEKKA LAB and its commercial partners. This regulation as any amendments thereto shall be filed with the SCP-CALVIN CALVIN, Huissiers de justice associés, domiciliés in Menton (06500), 11 avenue Félix Faure - BP 3. This regulation will be sent free of charge to anyone who so requests at the company TEKKA LAB at: TEKKA LAB, 4 avenue du Prat - 06500 Menton. The stamp will be refunded, after simple question, according to the tariff "letters" in place (regular mail). This regulation is available online at the company's website TEKKA LAB www.freewin.com Participation in the contest implies the full acceptance of the terms attached hereto.
The connection to the site implies acceptance by the participant of the risks inherent in the connection and transmission via the Internet, the current state of the art. The TEKKA LAB company will be no liable for malfunctions in the internet network that prevent the proper conduct of the game, nor for the consequences of such failures.
In order to adapt to changing the site and / or its use, the company TEKKA LAB reserves right to modify, unilaterally and without warning, the game rules or services offered on the site. In this case, the changes will immediately be offered to participants, after the spread of the new rules, available freely on the site. If the participant does not want to accept the new regulation, must notify by e-mail organizer. It would require the immediate closure of the account of the tenderer, without which he is entitled to any form of compensation.
The game FREEWIN and this Regulation are subject to French law.
