POLICY OF FREEWIN
The TEKKA LAB company, whose head office is located in Lungo Dora Colletta 67, 10153 Turin (Italy), SRL company registered in the Turin Chamber of Commerce with no. 518 802 848, VAT number IT10314420018, is organizing on his web site www.freewin.com a free game competition without obligation of purchase, named « FREEWIN.
Everyone registered to the site and participating at the game must comply to the present regulation.
The game will be valid from April 1st, 2010 until March 31st, 2011.
The term may be renewed on expiry for a further period, which duration will be specified by adding additional clauses to the hereby regulation.
The game is open to all people of age (18 years old) except employees and members of the promoter company, its partners and subcontractors and family members having the use of a internet connection and a valid e-mail address.
It will be possible to register to Freewin on www.freewin.com or by Facebook application on http://apps.facebook.com/freewin/
Beside responding to all conditions included in article III “ REGISTRATION CONDITIONS” , participants must also:
A) Play the first coupon and by doing so implicitly accepting competition rules.
B) Identify one self and fill in the required fields in each single registration form (questionnaire)

- Password (only for those who register on www.freewin.com)
- Country of residence
- Zip Code
Participants have to declare that all information provided to TEKKA LAB society is accurate and truthful, so they may receive all their prizes and useful e-mails.
Having identified, the competitor will receive a notification by e-mail confirming the validity.
The participants enrolled and identified on www.freewin.com internet site may renew their participation to the game simply by using their e-mail and password. The participants enrolled and identified on http://apps.facebook.com/freewin/ may renew their participation to the game on “Freewin” application after having log in Facebook.
Participation to the game is limited to one game per person and address (same name, same address or same bank account). Failure to comply with this rule results in immediate and without notice termination of all games of the competitor, and the cancellation of any possible winnings.
Will be considered void any subscription which is incomplete or incorrect or does not meet any of the terms or conditions of participation set out in the present regulation.
The FREEWIN game consists in :
- a daily drawing,
- a monthly drawing, that will be organized always on the 10th day of each month (la the first drawing will take place in May 2011)
- a final annual lottery, that will be held on April 5th , 2012.
Drawings, winner identification and prizes assignment will be done as provided in the present Regulation.
After identification of the competitor, and the receipt by this one of the e-mail confirming the validation of his identification, a FREEWIN account will be open, on behalf of the competitor, on the www.freewin.com site, and 50 « WINPOINT » points will be directly credited to the account.
The daily game takes place as follow:
- a coupon for the daily draw is offered to the competitor, this coupon is composed of fifty (50) numbers;
- to play the game, the competitor chooses freely six (6) numbers among the fifty (50) proposed;
- the competitor can fill in up to ten (10) coupons every day.
Each coupon must be validated by clicking on the FREEWIN partners banner, banner that will appear once the coupon is completed.
www.freewin.com site will automatically extract, every day at 00h00 a.m., the six (6) winning numbers of the day
www.freewin.com site will identify automatically the winners, that will be participants having chosen one or more winning numbers. The winning combination will be published on the www.freewin.com site since the day after the drawing.
Competitors will receive notice of the prize by mail, that will mention the number of « WINPOINT » points vested in the state of their winning (as reported in the following table). The draws are definitive and can not be the subject of any complaint by the competitors.
All the coupons validated within 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds will be considered for the extraction of the day. All the coupons validated after 0 hours, 00 minutes and 00 seconds will be considered for the extraction of the next day. The reference time is always the provider's site www.freewin.com. If, in case of technical problems, the lottery may not be at 0 hours and 00 minutes, the drawing will be moved to the next day (except high-level technical problems that will be announced on the site). According to this hypothesis, two draws will take place in one day.

The « WINPOINT » points credited to the accounts of competitors and not converted as described below in VI-4 will be automatically transferred to the next competitor.

- Monthly « WINPOINT » results
Each month will establish a list of one hundred (100) competitors that will have accumulated the most "WINPOINT" points during the month.

The first three (3) competitors of the list will win respectively a monthly gift coupon which can be used to purchase on the web site of the commercial partner, a 150 € coupon to the first one, 100 € to the second one, and 50 € to the third one, as described in the table below:

Every first day of each month, the list will be reset.
- Monthly drawing:
A monthly drawing which having as prize a sum equal to 500,00 €.
All competitors in the game in owning a "WINCARD" will participate to the monthly draw.
Competitors can buy "WINCARD ' by converting their “ WINPOINT" points credited to the account of the users: the competitors can perform this conversion by going to the applicable link on the site, taking into account that a "WINCARD' needs to convert 50 " WINPOINT ' points (50 points' WINPOINT '= 1' WINCARD).
Each "WINCARD 'consists of a unique number which will be awarded to the candidate who has gained by converting his « WINPOINT » points.
The monthly draw will take place on 10th of each month, for WINCARDS that were allocated in the previous month. The calendar of drawings is shown here below (the conversion of "WINPOINT ' points in ' WINCARD ' will automatically mean the participation of a competitor to the next monthly drawing ):

The monthly game is held as follows:
-the www.freewin.com site proceeds automatically to the drawing of a first number of a WINCARD among those who have been assigned, this number will be the winning number;

The prize of 500 € will be allocated to the owner of the « WINCARD » having the winning number.
If the winner does not claim his prize under the conditions specified in Article VII “APPLICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AWARDS”, the € 500 prize will be awarded to the owner of "WINCARD" with the number of reserve.
- Final annual lottery
The annual final lottery will take place on April 5,2011, with as prize a 3,000 € gift coupon that can be spent to purchase on the web site of commercial partner.
Participate in this annual drawing all competitors who have completed and validated at least one daily coupon during the duration of the game.
Each participant at the final annual drawing will be assigned a FREEWIN ANNUAL LOTTERY COUPON, consisting of a unique number.
The annual game takes place as follows:
-the www.freewin.com site proceeds automatically to the drawing of a first number of the ANNUAL FREEWIN LOTERY among those who have been assigned, this number will be the winning number;
-the www.freewin.com site proceeds automatically to the drawing of a second number of a the ANNUAL FREEWIN LOTERY among those who have been assigned, this number is the number of reserve.
The prize of 3,000 € will be awarded to the owner of FREEWIN ANNUAL COUPON having the winning number.
If the winner does not claim his prize under the conditions specified in Article VII “APPLICATION FOR ACCEPTANCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AWARDS”, the 3.000 € prize will be awarded to the owner of "FREEWIN ANNUAL COUPON" with the number of reserve.

- Application for acceptance
Following the identification of the competitors winners of different FREEWIN awards:
- the competitors will receive by e-mail a notification of the prize, reporting the link through which it is possible to download a PDF and/or a Word document.
- The winners competitors must fill in the document previously downloaded and send it to a info@freewin.com hirty (30) days from the date of notification of award, otherwise the winner will be considered as resigning his prize, with no possibility of complaint.
Regarding monthly draw and annual final drawing, we will proceed as described below, by awarding the winner having the number of reserve.
- Arrangements for surrender / Distribution of prizes
All FREEWIN prizes will be paid by gift coupon which can be used to purchase on the web site of the commercial partner. Winners will receive an e-mail reporting the code that should be used to pay the order on the business partner web site.
A complete list of winners will be published site. Each participant gives his consent from now on in this regard, and without the publication might be eligible for any type of compensation.
The TEKKA LAB society is committed to do everything possible to give his prize to the competitor. However, assuming that it does not arrive to the identification of the name, or in case of wrong address provided by the competitor during the enrollment and participation in the game, the company TEKKA LAB can not be held responsible.
The prizes will bw awarded only in case a full obedience to terms of participation reported in the hereby regulation. TEKKA LAB S.r.l. riserves the right to overturn a prize in case the participant does not comply with the hereby regulation.
Images and photos are aimed to show the prizes up for grabs on the web site and they do not have any bargaining power.
Prizes do not include incidental charges and additional services eventually related to their use, which will be charged to the winners. Prizes are nominals and can not be assigned to others.
Prizes must be accepted as they are and can not be in no cases replaced or refund. In case of problems related to suppliers the promoter reserves the right to change and/or replace prizes with equivalent prizes in terms of features to those shown in the page that plays host to the game without possibility for the participants to claim any type of compensation.
Each contestant may invite one or more friends to join the game FREEWIN, simply log in to the applicable link on the site (the link "invite friends").
In case the invitation is sent from www.freewin.com site invited person will directly receive an e-mail at the address provided by the competitor who made the call, with the proposed entry to the site www.freewin.com in order to participate in the game.
In case the invitation is sent from the application http://apps.facebook.com/freewin/ the invited person will receive a notice on his Facebook account according to usual procedures of the social network.

For every invited person who registers on the site following the call (confirming the e-mail and complete the profile of identification), the sponsor will be credited to your account immediately 50 FREEWIN WINPOINT points.
The sponsor will also receive 10 additional WINDPOINT points every time a sponsored friend invites in turn a friend who actually enroll at www.freewin.com or at the http://apps.facebook.com/freewin/ application.
The participant is liable of making sure that persons he wants to invite are willing to accept his invitation to enroll on the site. Whoever will take advantage of the sponsorship to send undesired e-mails to third party will be subjected to legal prosecution. TEKKA LAB S.r.l denies liability for the selection of the people sponsored by FREEWIN participants.
Anyone who attempts to deceive the sponsorship program by sending e-mails to fictitious person and creating account on the behalf of fictitious person in order to increase the number of points collected for his own advantages, will be ruled-out. All participants to the sponsorship program must be reliable, in case this does not occur, the participant account will be immediately closed and he will be count out of the site.
The TEKKA LAB company reserves the right to invalidate the points of a player or to close an account FREEWIN, if the competitor plays incorrectly on the website www.freewin.com, for example, by using scripts or computer programs, entering the site abnormally, taking advantage of bugs in the site, etc.
The connection costs incurred to participate in the game FREEWIN will be refunded after simple request sent to: TEKKA LAB: TEKKA LAB S.r.l., Lungo Dora Colletta 67, 10153 Turin (Italia).
The amount of the reimbursement is set at a flat rate in the sum of 0,60 € per competitor and per connection. All reimbursement requests must be sent within 30 days right after the month of participation to the competition, and will be attested by the postmark. One single reimbursement request for each participant enrolled in the competition and for envelope (same last name and same address) .
Users must provide their IBAN number required, a photocopy of an ID card, their identification document, as rivals, and the last bill of the supplier of the connection made out to the competitor and the effect on the billing date and time participation in the game.
Any faulty or incomplete requests will not be taken into consideration. The services available and the current technique of some web suppliers provide a free or a forfeit connection. Therefore we agree on the fact that all free or a forfeit connections ( e.g. cable connections, ADSL, or any other specialized connection) will not be reimbursed since the subscription to the web connection done for personal use does not produce any additional expenses or outlays for the competitor who wants to connect to the site.
The postal charges incurred for the game rules or reimbursement of the costs of connection for exercising the right to access and correct personal data will be reimbursed using the fee structure in place for the "letters" (snail mail), following a request made address mentioned in this paragraph.
The personal information collected is necessary to society TEKKA LAB for the management of entries of the competitors for participating in the game, and shipping documents of trade. The information for the company TEKKA LAB and its commercial partners
For what concerns the collection, the use and the handling of personal data of French users in compliance with Article 5, Data Protection Act 1998, TEKKA LAB is based in Italy ( European Union member) therefore does not have any plant, branch or representation in France. In addition TEKKA LAB S.r.l. does not use any tool for data filing or any other type technical equipments in France; the platform and all other technical equipments for personal data treatment are located in Italy. Therefore, Personal Data treatment is subjected to the Italian Jurisdiction (Codice della Protezione dei Dati - Data Protection Code, law n. 196/2003), that provides full protection in all circumstances, in concordance with Data Protection Act 1998.
Competitors have a right to access, query, correction and opposition by writing to the following e-mail: privacy@freewin.com or the following postal address: TEKKA LAB TEKKA LAB S.r.l., Lungo Dora Colletta 67, 10153 Torino (Italia), inclosing a copy of an identity document.
Unless refusal by the user, the company TEKKA LAB will send via e-mail prospectuses relating to trade similar goods and services. The use of personal information will not be entitled to any remuneration of any kind, except the use of the prizes.

The hereby regulation, as any possible additional clauses, is deposited at [SELARL SYNERGIE HUISSIERS 13, sheriff-officer available , 21 rue Bonnefoy, 13 006 Marseille (FRANCE)].

The stamp will be refunded, after simple request, according to the tariff "letters" in place (regular mail)
This regulation is available online at the company's website TEKKA LAB www.freewin.com Participation in the contest implies the full acceptance of the terms attached hereto.
The connection to the site implies acceptance by the participant of the risks inherent in the connection and transmission via the Internet, the current state of the art. The TEKKA LAB S.r.l. company will be no liable for malfunctions in the internet network that prevent the proper conduct of the game, nor for the consequences of such failures.
Participation in the contest implies the full acceptance of the terms attached hereto. In case one or more measures of the hereby Regulation becomes void or unacceptable, all other clauses will remain in force. Any false statement or fraud will determine the disqualification of the contender. TEKKA LAB S.r.l. will stunt any type of disputes concerning the game. There will be no reply to telephone or written questions regarding the interpretation or the application of the hereby regulation, of the game procedures and modalities and regarding the winners lists. In case of dispute will be taken into account only parcel with advice of delivery, sent within the month after the declaration of the results. TEKKA LAB S.r.l. reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the hereby game in compliance with Article Vl if it may become necessary. TEKKA.LAB S.r.l disclaims all responsibilities. The company may cancel or suspend the entire or a part of the game if there are evidence of fraud especially in terms computer fraud during the participation in the game. Therefore, if this occurs, TEKKA LAB S.r.l. retains the right to cancel the delivery of prize to the unfair candidate and/or sue the fraud responsible.
In order to adapt to changing the site and / or its use, the company TEKKA LAB S.r.l. reserves right to modify, unilaterally and without warning, the game rules or services offered on the site.
In this case, the changes will immediately be offered to participants, after the spread of the new rules, available freely on the site.
If the participant does not want to accept the new regulation, must notify the promoter by e-mail. It would require the immediate closure of the account of the contender, without which he is entitled to any form of compensation.
With the exception of evident mistake, it is agreed that all information resulting from the TEKKA LAB S.r.l game procedures represents evidence in case of complaints concerning connection aspects and data processing related to the game.
Participants are subjected to the French applicable games and competitions regulations. All out of court disputes should be transmitted to the Court appointed by the Code of Civil Procedure.
